They discuss how covid has accelerated existing trends, brands embracing a more digital way of being, the death and reinvention of the high street and of cities, interesting things Paul did at his time at Burberry, climate change and the power of communities, and what 2021 might hold in terms of where marketers and leaders should put their focus.
