Clem explains how they set out to do more than disrupt the energy category when they launched, they wanted to create a truly forward-looking and sustainable business. She tells them why a simple vocabulary change from "customer" to "Member" created a significant culture shift. She also talks about when it's right to keep work in-house and when you need an agency, and how she took Bulb's advertising onto TV for the first time.
