YuLife Founder and CEO Sammy Rubin chats to Wax/On’s Mark Runacus and Paul Jacobs about how he manages to combine spirituality and business success. He explains how that success very early in his career left him feeling unhappy, and what he did to address that. In what he calls a new phase for business leadership, he calls on us to be mindful, vulnerable, and authentic, and to think more broadly about driving growth to include personal growth, community growth, and commercial growth. Despite working all his career in financial services he candidly admits he doesn’t feel part of The City, but operates in it and hopes to shape it for the better.
