Rita started her career in advertising, becoming Vice Chair and Strategy Director at Saatchi & Saatchi before a series of chair and portfolio non-exec roles including Bupa, Nationwide Building Society, WWF and most recently, John Lewis.

In this episode, Rita discusses how to embrace feelings of imposter syndrome and harness it to give you extra drive, which she writes about in her latest book ‘Love your imposter: be your best self, flaws and all’.
