Based on his book ‘Do Pause’ Rob explored this question with us, looking at ideas and suggestions for daily habits and practices, tools and frameworks to help you get more from this time and ideas to help you develop responsiveness and creative adaptation. He also explored how these challenging circumstances give us the opportunity to re-think ourselves, our brands and businesses, and he invited us to reframe how we think about time and our relationship with it.
